Noel's Bio
Noel is a singer / song writer who for many years has combined preaching and music as a tool for impacting lives. As a dynamic speaker, he has often created inspirational songs in an atmosphere of worship that has changed many lives. His formative experience of music came from the age of 7yrs as a choir boy, where he regularly sung in concerts, toured Wells cathedral and sang at Trafalgar Square, London. His first experience of song writing came at the age of 16 years when he composed a song and played piano with a group of school friends that enabled him and his group to reach the final of a Star talent competition show at Wimbledon Theatre, London.
In his early teens, Noel started his own sound system and began rapping as a Reggae DJ; entertaining many with his combination of singing and playing. However, after a few years of not playing the piano, it was his encounter within Jesus that ignited his passion to sing and play again. Having made a commitment to Christ at the age of 18 years, he became the musician for his local church and would often compose songs for church concerts and youth retreats. In 1989, he felt a call to ministry that would shape the next season of his life; supporting various worship leaders and artists as a Pastor Mentor and planting churches in the UK and abroad. During this time, Noel would write many songs but never considered formally releasing them.
Known more as an anointed Teacher / Preacher rather than an artist; Noel started to feel the inspiration to write music again and to share his music ministry on a more consistent basis. Upon his consecration as a Bishop in 2017, Noel felt it was time to finally fulfill his own musical calling by releasing his first Album, Nothing But The Cross in January 2018 and make himself available to lead worship in various localities. Noel believes that inspired music gives birth to a transformed life and is committed to seeing ordinary people encounter an extraordinary God.
Noel is happily married to Sharon, his wife of 25 years and they have four beautiful chlidren; Alex, Sophia, Sarah and Sarai.
